Maryland HQL Training

Service Description

Handgun Qualification License Training is a 4 hour classroom instruction on state firearm law, home firearm safety, handgun mechanisms and operation, and a component that requires the applicant to demonstrate the ability to safely fire a handgun. Right On Target is an approved Maryland State Qualified Handgun Instructor. Training is valid for 3 years and must be completed prior to submitting an application for a Handgun Qualification License. Please note: All payments are final. Your payment can be applied to a future class with at least 24hr notice. Completed payments can be applied to new sessions within 1 year of original payment.
